We lend against New Zealand property for business, investment and property development purposes. All facilities are secured, documented and assessed on their merits.
What we lend on
- First mortgages over New Zealand property
- Second mortgages, where the priority position and equity support it
- Bridging finance
- Property development and construction funding
- Equity release and refinance for business and investment purposes
Security we take
- Registered first or second mortgage over the property
- General Security Agreement where appropriate
- Personal guarantees as required
- Priority and deed arrangements with any prior-ranking financier

What we do not do
We do not provide consumer credit. We do not lend for owner-occupied residential purposes where the loan would be regulated by the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.
