Behind the figures
Aitutaki Capital lends the Trust's own capital, secured by registered mortgage over New Zealand property. Facilities are priced to the transaction, documented properly and settled solicitor to solicitor. Our record is built on disciplined credit and on doing what our documents say we will do.
The principal's development record, more than 700 dwellings completed across a range of capacities, means scenarios are assessed by someone who understands the security, the consenting and construction risk, and the exit.
